Payment and shipping

SHIPPING

We do our best to dispatch orders within 24 hours or as quickly as possible. Please note that on occasions, such as during holidays and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time.

You can choose one of the following delivery options:

 1) Delivery by DHL or GLS (EUROPE only)

• Orders placed after 8 am will be processed the next working day.
• You should expect delivery within 2-4 working days.
• Ideally a parcel is delivered to you personally. If nobody is present, the courier will ask a neighbour if they can accept the parcel on your behalf. If this is not possible, please contact DHL directly about other deliver possibilities.

2) Delivery by UPS (worldwide) 

• Orders need to be placed before noon for same day dispatch.
• Orders placed after noon will be processed the next working day.
• You should expect delivery within 3-7 working days.

3) Express delivery by UPS (worldwide)

• Orders need to be placed before noon for same day dispatch.
• Orders placed after noon will be processed the next working day.
• You should expect delivery within 1-2 (max. 3) working days.

PAYMENT

Please choose one of the options below that is the most convenient for you. You will first receive an order confirmation. Your invoice will be issued when the payment has been received.

1)    Online payment via PayPal

• The simplest and fastest payment method. PayPal payments are usually confirmed within a few minutes.
• The advantage of this method is that the bank details of one party are never communicated to the other party during a transaction. You need to only provide your PayPal account through a secure login.
• If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be automatically directed to your PayPal account.

2)    Online payment via Credit or Debit card (BRAINTREE)

• The advantage of paying by credit card is that we receive the money without any delay. So your order can be processed quickly.
• When you pay by credit card, you will be required to provide us with your card number and the expiry date. You will be then redirected to a secure server wherein your data will be verified in order to avoid any kind of fraud or abuse. For this, the server is in the encrypted mode and all the information received is coded (SSL). So, none of your information is clearly visible on the Internet.
• We accept MasterCard and Visa.

3)    Bank transfer

• If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will automatically receive an e-mail giving you further instructions on how to complete the transaction.
• Once the payment is credited to our account, we will proceed with your order right afterwards.

4)    iDeal, Bancontact or SOFORT with Mollie

• Thanks to the payment provider Mollie, we can now accept several new payment methods:
• iDeal – instant bank payment available in the Netherlands.
• Sofort – instant bank payment available in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland etc.
• Bancontact / Mister Cash – instant payments in Belgium.
• Bitcoin - pay from your preferred bitcoin wallet by scanning the QR code.
